Your ICBC acupuncture visit
We offer a 45-minute ICBC initial acupuncture assessment and a 30-minute subsequent ICBC acupuncture visit at Gilmore. Your assessment is an opportunity to discuss your symptoms, movement and goals, and work with your clinician on an appropriate recovery plan.
Current appointment times are shown in Jane. Availability changes; if you cannot find a suitable time, contact the clinic or join the waitlist.
Before your first visit
- Have your ICBC claim number, Personal Health Number (PHN) and recovery specialist or adjuster contact information ready for the clinic.
- Choose the 45 Minute ICBC Initial Acupuncture Assessment Gilmore for a first visit relating to your claim. Confirm Gilmore is the location on your booking.
- Ask the clinic to confirm eligibility, billing arrangements and any charges before your appointment. For care outside the initial 12 weeks, confirm approval first.
Coverage in the first 12 weeks
ICBC lists the following pre-approved treatment allowances for the first 12 weeks after a crash. A referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is not required for these pre-approved treatments. You need your claim number and PHN.

These allowances are not a recommendation to use every session. Your clinician will discuss a plan suited to your needs. Additional treatments or care after 12 weeks may require ICBC approval.

Appointment fees and billing
Our listed ICBC acupuncture appointment fees are $135 for the 45-minute initial assessment and $115 for the 30-minute subsequent visit. These are the appointment fees, not a statement of what you personally owe.
Before your visit, contact our team to confirm how your claim and chosen appointment will be billed, including whether ICBC can be billed and any amount payable by you. Coverage is not guaranteed for every appointment. Do not book a regular private-pay appointment as a substitute if the appropriate ICBC visit is unavailable.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellation and missed-appointment charges may apply under the clinic's booking policy.
